For the Love of Tudum: Soul Chef’s Delicacies at the Great Indian Kapil Show

Food takes you to places. Beautiful places wherein you explore new cultures, and traditions and cherish new friendships. Well, we at Soul Chef are absolute fans of this wonderful thought since our delicacies took us to the world of Tudum! Yes, you are right. We got to spread our quintessential cuisines at the promo shoot of Netflix’s Great Indian Kapil Show.

As the best caterers in Mumbai, it gave us immense happiness to bring in an array of meals to the table for two working days, ranging from Indian, Continental, and Pan-Asian varieties. Since we are so overjoyed to share this wonderful opportunity, here is a list of the dishes we offered as catering services:

CREW A for 80 Pax: 2,000/- per head (inclusive of taxes)

Breakfast

  • Steam Idli with Chutney and Sambar: Indulge in the comfort of fluffy steam idlis, paired with tangy chutney and aromatic sambar.
  • Fresh Fruit Tarts: Vibrant in all forms with a bite-sized burst of juicy flavours.

Lunch Buffet

Starters

  • Grilled Cottage Cheese Bruschetta with Salasa Rosa: Savor the perfect harmony of grilled cottage cheese and tangy Salsa Rosa atop a crisp bruschetta.
  • Harissa Chicken: Spice up your palate with this fiery fusion of heat and enhanced flavours.

Main Course

  • Penne Pasta with Exotic Veggies in Paprika Cream Sauce: Features a bowl of indulgence of fresh veggies smothered in rich and smoky paprika.
